Legal Notice Legal Notice & Terms of Attendance By purchasing a ticket, booking accommodation, or attending the Soul Music Holiday Mallorca (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Admission The Event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, disruptive, or illegal, without refund.
2. Programme Changes The advertised programme, artists, DJs, venues, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
3. Cancellation Should the Event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control (including severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), the organiser’s liability shall be limited to the refund of the Event ticket where applicable. Travel, accommodation, and other associated costs remain the responsibility of attendees unless otherwise stated.
4. Personal Responsibility Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the Event.
5. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers, promoters, venue operators, staff, contractors, and performers shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, or consequential loss arising from attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
6. Alcohol & Illegal Substances Attendees must comply with all applicable Spanish laws. The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Excessive intoxication or disorderly behaviour may result in removal from the Event without refund.
7. Photography & Recording Photography and video recording may take place during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify the organisers in writing before the Event.
8. Personal Property The organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
9. Travel & Insurance Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation (unless included in their booking), and suitable travel insurance.
10. Compliance All attendees must comply with venue rules, local regulations, and instructions given by Event staff and security personnel.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
